Jamie is a lifetime member of Benbrook VFW Post 10429 and currently 2nd Trustee Officer.  He served 7 years in the Air Force with a duty station at Vandenberg AFB in sunny California.  

 He served during Desert Storm/Shield in Security Police. During his tour he was a member of the Special Operations Missile Support squadron. He provided inner security for all missile launches, such as Titan 34D, Titan 4, Atlas, and Minuteman.  He also worked with the Suttle polar launch program at Slick 6, before it was mothballed after the unfortunate Challenger explosion. 

 Jamie also serves as the post’s Charter Organization Representative for the Boy Scouts Of America Crew Benbrook 0705.
