Lynn is coming off of being the Department of Texas Commander for the 2022-2023 year. He was the Texas Sr. Vice Commander in 2021-2022, and the Texas Jr. Vice Commander in 2020-2021.

Lynn is Past District 21 Commander 2015-17, Past All State / All American Post Quarter Master, two-time National Aide-de-Camp, Current Post 10429 Commander.

Lynn served in the United States Marine Corps with 3^rd Amphibious Assault Battalion from 1986-93. Lynn saw combat action in Desert Storm and Somalia. Lynn is the proud recipient of the Bronze Star (w/V Device), Southwest Asia Service Medal (w/2 stars), Kuwait Liberation Medal, Combat Action Ribbon and many other medals, ribbons and commendations.

Lynn is married to wife Karen and has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren.
